World of Warcraft Upgrade Item Guide
The Upgrade item is an evolution item that trainers can use to transform Porygon into Porygon2. This change requires an upgrade and the Sinnoh Stone, and 50 Porygon Candy.

Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be added to weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools. They can be used to add an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is in use. Infusions, inscriptions and enhancements are types of upgrade component. Like other upgrade products Phoenix Boxes are able to be traded while still attached to the item they are upgrading, and can be re-used after being reclaimed. These upgrade items are the best option to boost quality of armor and weapon without spending Dilithium, as they can increase the item's chance of receiving a quality upgrade by two times.
An upgrade component in an item can be replaced with another but it is not able to replace the original (except for upgrades to legendaries and equipment that has been ascended). Only upgraded items that have an identification level of 0 or more can have upgrade components added to them. When you upgrade an item that is already equipped with a prefix or suffix upgrade will display the name of the new item as it appears in the game (for example adding the Radiant Insignia to Canthan Armor will cause it to be referred to as Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor). A player can have up to 3 upgrade items at any one time.
Glyphs
Glyphs are a useful addition to any item, since they provide a variety of unique benefits and boosts. Some Glyphs increase the number of affixes an item has, increasing the power of the item. These glyphs are obtained by completing Dungeons. They can also be found in specific World Tier 3 zones. However, it's important to remember that glyphs are not available on a character that has not created an area of root dungeons of the same depth.
To make use of a Glyph you first have to create it using components and then connect them using anchors. The component will then automatically align itself to other components or paths in the same layer. If you don't want to create the glyph from components, you can build it by using a combination of paths and anchors. Then, drag the element near the highlighted component to lock it in place.
Some glyphs have conditions to meet, such as having 25 Dexterity or more in a specific area on the Paragon Board. Certain glyphs require a particular number of Primary Stat Nodes to be activated, which may be a challenge to attain. Certain glyphs also have a radius, which increases as you move it up.
Glyphs are used for a wide variety of items and can be added to any weapon, except for weapons of specific classes. Some of these glyphs have additional requirements, like the requirement for a certain amount of Dexterity damage, or Attack damage for a specific portion of the Paragon board.
The Defend Glyph increases the chance of blocking enemy attacks by five percent. It also has 15% chance to render the Hero vulnerable for two turns.
There are also a few glyphs that can be applied to tools that are limited-use like the Black Lion Chest or Trading Post. These glyphs count towards the Combat Mechanic Achievement.
The most common glyphs are the attack glyphs which increase the ATK substats of Artifacts by a flat value. These glyphs are especially beneficial for classes that use weapons with a range, such as Warriors or Rogues. The Exploit Glyph can make enemies who hit the Hero vulnerable to damage.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens are tokens that are used to reroll the results that are rolled when taking an Action. After the reroll is completed, they are thrown away. Reroll tokens can be obtained in a variety of ways, including raids and dungeons or through participation in skirmishes. You can also buy them in the shops or from other players. They are especially useful in dungeons or trials because they allow players to reroll the rewards from the chest at the end.
For items that are at level 1, there are values for recycling points. If an item is recycled it will add a specific amount of points to the gauge for upgrading. This value scales depending on the item's value and rarity. Additionally the upgraded item won't retain its level when rerolled, and the cost for recycling an upgraded item goes up with its level.
The player can also use reroll tokens to reroll an item. However it won't bring back the item's original stats or level. This is a great option for players who wish to reroll an item they aren't happy with and would like to keep it in their collection.
Three different types of upgrade coins are available in the game: Reroll, randomly generated and upgrade. Each type has a few subtypes. For example, reroll tokens come in three different levels: enhanced, rare and legendary. Each level requires an item from the level to create an item of the same quality.
To use tokens that reroll, select "Reroll Token" by right-clicking on the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Select the type of token you want to use. The tokens available include Item Weapon, Misc, 1hgun, 2hgun and Focus. Utilizing an Item token will create the creation of a new Item of any quality. Utilizing a Weapon or Misc token will create a new weapon of the same faction.
There is also a chance that the item could be upgraded to a different item with more level and same additional stats. This will happen if the item has been placed in the Pool that is not droppable, or if it was transferred there as part of an franchise card.
